I highly recommend Zoom-Fix for anything that has to do with a fireplace! Travis is VERY, VERY thorough and knows his business! He took everything out and thoroughly cleaned it, corrected the arrangement of the logs, and vacuumed all the dead spiders in the lower level fireplace, which I hesitate to admit hadn't been cleaned for 22 years. (although it was rarely used) Yikes!! He left my fireplaces looking and working like new! From now on I will be having them professionally serviced regularly by them!

Fantastic service! Travis did a really great job with both of our aging gas fireplaces. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. He is also a pleasure to speak with. He was on time and left the hearths looking spotless when he was done. Our units are nearing the end of their lifespan, but he was able to get them cleaned and working. He even gave us plenty of tips on how to keep them going for a few more years. I rarely post reviews online, but Travis did such a great job that I am writing this to enthusiastically recommend Zoom-Fix for your gas fireplace needs.

Wowza!!!!! I just had my fireplace serviced by Zoom-Fix and it looks amazing!!! The service was quick, respectful, clean and affordable. My fireplace looks brand new and is running efficiently. I can't recomend this company enough. Call and schedule an appointment ASAP!

Travis did a beautiful job with our gas fireplace. He added a remote, which will eliminate the problems we had with the switch. Would highly recommend this company!

Excellent service! First off, Travis was really good about making sure he got me on the schedule and he showed up right on time. He is clearly very knowledgeable when it comes to different fireplace models, and he solved my issue almost immediately. I've had a total nightmare with my house since purchasing it back in February, and I felt that something was off in regards to my fireplace as the previous owner installed it. Travis reassured me that the installation looked fine after he serviced the unit, and he then gave me a few tips on operating the fireplace so that I could ensure both my comfort and my safety at home. I'm definitely giving him a call next fall so that I can get the fireplace cleaned up! I would recommend him and his business to anyone.

Also, our Pilot light had a much bigger flame then normal and it was yellow. Now, it's a small blue flame, just the way it is suppose to be.
